a tender memory
warm welcomespecial stayluxurious feel
i was welcomed so warmly and the upgrade to a beautiful grand beautiful. the staff showed such kindness and attention, it really created an atmosphere of romance and relaxation. i found everything so clean and stylish, it.
the gym was very small , with limited equipment, disappointing for workout routines.

the room was spacious and met my basic needs.
The staff, aside from one person, seemed uninterested and sometimes rude. The pool area staff were inexperienced. during checkout, a staff member rushed to inspect our room immediately after we left (i felt distrusted).

The room was not as quiet as i had hoped. i could hear noise from nearby rooms and the street. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety. It was a bit disappointing. the staff could be more attentive to guests needs.

the staff were helpful and friendly which was acceptable.
i found the shower quite terrible i couldn't adjust the water temperature at all it was either too hot or too cold i also had issues washing my hair because the water pressure was very low the breakfast was okay it wasn't worth the price i paid.

A Central Gem, My Lovely Stay

The location was central, near the Golden Mount. The room was spacious with a restaurant beside the swimming pool. Staff members were friendly and helpful! The lobby had a pleasant atmosphere. Complimentary snacks and drinks added a special touch to the room.
The gym equipment was quite basic. I only saw dumbbells up to 10 kg, a bit limiting.

Staff were very friendly, they greeted me upon each return. The staff were helpful and ready with good advice. Housekeeping cleaned rooms spotlessly every day. Every staff member was kind and respectful.
